Whether you want to lose fat or build muscle, resistance training is a must. We will work together to help you achieve your dream physique with a proper customized training plan that you will receive via email. I will provide you with the programming but it is up to YOU to put in the work.
All training packages will be created specifically to cater to your individual goals. They will consist of a cardio outline and a training split, meaning your workouts will target different muscle groups each day. The number of training days will depend on your personal schedule and how often you can get to the gym each week. Your split will change as you progress in order to incorporate different exercises that will target different muscles. Sets and reps will also vary and be adjusted throughout in order to build muscle, increase strength and maximize fat loss.
